You are hereby notified that at 4:00 PM, Central Time on September 9, 2021, Guthrie County Hospital
will hold a public hearing electronically via Microsoft Teams on the proposed plans, specifications, form
of contract, and estimated cost of the project. Any persons interested in attending may dial into the

proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, or cost of such improvement. Log-in information for this

The following is a description of the work: The proposed project will include reconstruction of the existing
east parking lot and some adjacent sidewalks as well as lighting improvements.
